I finally finished Duma Key this morning. Short review? I loved this book. Love.

I want to hold it and squeeze it and call it George.

Yeah, some of Stephen King’s latest work has been less than stellar…I haven’t even read Cell…but this was King at his best. Creepy and weird and sad, and ultimately completely satisfying.

Yay for good books!

I totally agree! This book was haunting me for days after reading it. Luis and I always discuss the Stephen King books after we read them (he reads them via audio on mp3 and I read them hardcopy, so we finish close to each other). I couldn't talk about certain parts of the book without choking up!

I think it's one of his best. The way he uses language is so amazing.

I didn't even finish Cell. I've been less than elated with his latest stuff, but Duma Key was great. I gobbled it up as quickly as I could.
