The Right Brain vs. Left Brain test

I can only conclude that I am incredibly right brained. I keep going back, trying various “tricks” people have mentioned that they’ve used to make the dancer flip to the opposite direction. And nothin’. She will not go counter-clockwise for me. Ever. Not even for a second.

It's an odd test for me. If I try I can usually eventually make her change directions.

The odd thing was that today she was going strongly counter-clockwise, but as I read the words describing what that meant, she started moving clockwise, and for a while I couldn't make her change back.

The way I make her flip is to look at the feet and consciously tell my self "you think it's going pointing towards/away from you now, but it might be pointing away/towards you..."

I couldn't either.

[livejournal.com profile] gish made a note to point out that as it's just some random thing on a random news website, one can't be sure it's really all that accurate as test of whether you're right-brained or left-brained. But it's still fun. :)

Yes, it is. I've finally stopped staring at it obsessively. ;)
