I like this photo I took of Rand Friday night, but for the redeye. There are some more photos from Friday night’s house concert here.
The concert was in honor of Kelly, a good friend of the band who is moving away from Buffalo soon. Kelly wrote a very sweet post here.

I got my haircut today. I took this photo myself, and it shows. I tried taking some using the self-timer on the camera, but they were all out of focus. 
I’ll have to have Rand take some for me later.
I chose the salon based on a recommendation from a former coworker. I likee.

Oopsy. This is what happens…I get lazy. 
I made cupcakes yesterday, just because. They’re devil’s food with homemade cream cheese frosting (colored pink) and finished with a cinnamon imperial heart in the middle. I sent them to work with Rand.

I walked into the mall today and saw this display. I had to take a picture, because I absolutely love the color. I don’t know that this photo really does it justice, though.

This is my current reading/to be read pile. I’m nearly done with Blood Price by Tanya Huff, and I’m really enjoying it. I just bought Looking for Alaska yesterday, and that’ll probably be my next read. The two wedding books are here and there reading, as is You Can Do It! (which was a totally awesome gift from Jen!)
Maybe this week I’ll actually venture out of my apartment for photos.
